Constance Ephelia, a luxurious resort nestled in the breathtaking Seychelles, is seeking a talented and passionate Bartender to join our exceptional team. As a Bartender at our world‑class establishment, you will play a crucial role in creating unforgettable experiences for our discerning guests by crafting exquisite cocktails and providing top‑notch service in our bars and lounges.

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages, including signature cocktails, to the highest standards
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, offering recommendations and ensuring their satisfaction
• Maintain a clean, organised, and well‑stocked bar area at all times
• Accurately process guest orders using the point‑of‑sale (POS) system and handle cash transactions
• Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and alcohol service regulations
• Collaborate effectively with other bar staff, waiters, and kitchen team members
• Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
• Contribute to the creation of new cocktail recipes and seasonal drink menus
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills
• Implement and maintain the resort's sustainability initiatives in the bar area
• Organise and execute special events, such as cocktail masterclasses or themed nights
• Monitor and report on bar performance metrics, including sales and customer satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with local licensing laws and responsible service of alcohol guidelines
• Mentor and train junior bar staff to maintain high service standards
• Assist in resolving guest complaints promptly and professionally

• Proven experience as a bartender in a luxury resort or high‑end establishment
• Diploma in Hotel management or equivalent
• Extensive knowledge of cocktail recipes, wine, beer, and spirits
• Excellent mixology skills and the ability to craft creative, visually appealing drinks
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
• Proficiency in operating POS systems and handling cash transactions
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
• Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude
• Bartending certification (desirable)
• Valid food safety certification
• Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Willingness to work in a tropical resort environment and adapt to local conditions
• Knowledge of international drinking customs and etiquette
• Experience in upselling and promoting specialty drinks
• Familiarity with luxury spirits and premium brands
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high‑pressure situations
