Logistics Supervisor- Midnight Shift (Supporting all shifts)

• Oversee daily logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
• Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor and improve efficiency in warehouse and transportation activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety and company policies.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain supervision.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and logistics software (ERP experience a plus).

1. It is the responsibility of the Logistics Supervisor to coordinate in the scheduling of production materials and services to ensure 100% final product delivery while minimizing inventory, handling and logistics costs in a Just-in-Time / Just-in-Sequence production environment.

2. Coordinates, monitors and trains personnel involved in incoming goods, storage, provision of parts and supplying materials to the production line (containers, pallets, cases, boxes etc.) together with the disposal of waste in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations and laws.

3. Training of personnel in IT applications in accordance with the available software tools and scanners, and in the implementation of internal instructions / rules for LOGISTICS procedures. Allocation of tasks to Material Handlers.

4. Ensuring trouble-free production by punctual provision of parts for assembly and making available the containers required for assembly, including effective management of empty containers.

5. Taking delivery of incoming goods and making quality checks on them in accordance with standard instructions (e.g. ASN, Serial # labels), and informing Quality department for Inspection if required. Maintain dock timing for receiving & shipping.
