As a Stamping Tool & Die Supervisor at Ford Oakville, you will do all that and more. We are investing to expand the Ford Oakville plant to produce the legendary F-Series Super Duty pickup truck. Make the next chapter of your career a long and legendary one: build the best plant from the ground up to build the trucks that keep the world working.
This role will require you to leverage your skills and experience to drive a culture of excellence, focus, and collaboration. As Tool & Die Supervisor will oversee the repair and preventative maintenance of machine shop tools, gauges, fixtures, jigs and dies. You will also be responsible for ensuring departmental productivity, quality, safety, and cost targets are achieved for all stamping dies on your shift.
