Senior R&D Manager (Electrical Hardware Design) - Electrophysiology Products

About the role
As Senior R&D Manager (Electrical Hardware Design) you will be a key member of the Electrophysiology (EP) Therapy Systems Product Development team. You will lead a team of Electrical Engineers in driving the advancement of new products and technologies for the Electrophysiology division. You will manage and provide technical guidance to an interdisciplinary team of professionals in support of the development of electronic medical systems.
As a hands-on technical leader, you will be responsible for directing the activities of the engineering group focused on new product development and improving existing products. As Senior R&D Manager - Electrical Hardware Design, you will lead and be a part of a high-performance team responsible for the design, implementation, and test of electronic medical systems and their associated devices within our electrophysiology pulsed field ablation portfolio. This critical role will lead best-in-class development practices and rigorous, holistic product design in coordination with internal and external partners.

The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role. Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs.
