Warehouse Supervisor jobs in Canada

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of large-scale precast concrete projects, including coordination with design, production, transportation, and erection teams.
• Ensure project milestones, schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met across all phases.
• Serve as the primary point of contact and facilitator for internal and external stakeholders.
• Resolve project issues and conflicts proactively to maintain client satisfaction.
• Direct and mentor a team of Project Management professionals across multiple plant and field locations.
• Standardize project management practices and reporting across the team.
• Conduct site visits and team meetings to ensure alignment and performance.

Technical Requirements

• Related work experience, technical diploma, or a Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• Excellent computer skills with experience in Microsoft Project, Excel, and modeling software.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in construction project management, with 1 to 3 years of people leadership experience.
• PMP certification or equivalent is considered an asset.
