About the Role
This position plays a key leadership role within the HR team, driving end-to-end recruitment strategy and execution. This is not just a hands-on recruiting position—it’s a leadership role where you’ll shape processes, manage a team, and work closely with business and HR leaders across the country to meet evolving workforce needs.
You’ll be responsible for overseeing high-volume recruitment activity across multiple regions, coaching and mentoring a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists, and ensuring best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experiences. You'll also contribute to national projects, optimize vendor relationships, and develop data-driven hiring strategies that align with broader organizational goals.
