You will handle end-user issues, lead system upgrades to Windows 11, and utilize ServiceNow for efficient ticketing. The ideal candidate has 2 to 4 years of experience in IT support and proficiency in modern device management technologies.
Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of experience in a field services or IT support role.
- Proficient in modern device management technologies and Windows 11 upgrade processes.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
Responsabilités
- Provide comprehensive Windows 10/11 support to end users.
- Serve as the first point of contact for end-user issues.
- Efficiently manage the stock room and maintain inventory levels.
- Collaborate with the hardware asset management team.
- Deliver on-site IT-related support.
- Lead the device refresh initiative to Windows 11.
- Utilize ServiceNow for ticketing and issue tracking.
