Responsibilities

We’re on the lookout for a dynamic and motivated Service Technician to join our team! In this role, you’ll transport, deliver, and install homecare equipment, including oxygen cylinders, while ensuring the safe operation of our company vehicle and providing exceptional customer service. You’ll play a key role in educating patients on equipment use, maintenance, and troubleshooting, all while adhering to our safety and quality standards.

  • Support team members to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Comply with vehicle policies and highway regulations.
  • Ensure safe transportation of gases to clients’ homes.
  • Inspect and maintain a clean, stocked vehicle with necessary safety equipment.
  • Deliver and set up homecare equipment, providing training to clients.
  • Document technical visits and maintain client confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team for effective product use.
  • Participate in safety initiatives and support remote patient assessments.
Qualifications
  • Health professional or Care Aid Certification (asset).
  • College diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of respiratory home care equipment (preferred).
  • 2-3 years of driving/delivery and customer service experience in healthcare.
  • Valid Canadian driver’s license with a clean abstract.
