A local automotive service provider in Toronto is seeking a qualified individual to enhance retail sales and manage automotive repair service transactions. Responsibilities include customer interaction, scheduling, and overseeing service quality. Candidates should possess an Associate Degree or equivalent experience, along with necessary certifications and strong management skills. Flexibility in scheduling is important, including weekends and holidays.
Formación
- At least 1-year related experience in the automotive service business.
- ASE certifications as required.
- Current and valid driver’s license.
Responsabilidades
- Develop and present estimates, source parts and sell jobs to customers.
- Interpret inspection results and present results to customers.
- Oversee the processes of work order preparation and scheduling.
- Respond to customer service concerns and problems.

Educación
At Midas, we are dedicated to providing quality services to customer vehicles in the areas of inspection, diagnosis, and repair utilizing the expertise attained through ASE Certifications and/or years of automotive repair experience.
The purpose of this position is to enhance the retail sales and profitability of a store through coordinating and scheduling automotive repair service transactions and responding to related customer service issues.
- Develop and present estimates, source parts and sell jobs to customers
- Interpret inspection results (working with Technician) and present results to customers
- Oversee the processes of work order preparation and scheduling
- Respond to customer service concerns and problems
- Act in a store management capacity as needed on day-to-day operational activities
- Enhance the effectiveness of Human Resources and quality of service through providing training to service providers
- Monitors and control facility and asset utilization
- Enforce compliance with environmental and safety regulations and statutes
- Associate Degree or Equivalent
- At least 1-year related experience in the automotive service business
- ASE certifications as required
- Current and valid driver’s license
- Supervisory and management skills
- Service diagnosis and technical skills
- Business mathematical aptitude
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
