Location: Toronto and anywhere in the Greater Toronto Area if you want. Location is flexible because we work with many healthcare clinics across the Greater Toronto Area.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support Senior Staff: Help a skilled team in delivering care while you get valuable experience on the job.
• Direct Care: Provide essential support and companionship to clients. Assist them with daily tasks such as meal preparation and personal hygiene to better their quality of life.
• Observation and Reporting: Monitor clients’ health and effectively communicate any changes to ensure timely interventions.
• Maintain a Safe Environment: Ensure clients' living spaces are clean and secure, improving their well-being.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with passionate team members who are dedicated to sharing innovative ideas and elevating community health.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated ability to deliver compassionate, patient, and reliable care.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including empathy and the ability to build connections with clients.
• Punctuality, dependability, and a desire to contribute positively.
• Proven problem-solving skills, proactively identifying and addressing clients’ needs and concerns.
• Ability to work effectively in a team, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide care.
• Strong organizational skills, ensuring that care activities are strategically planned and executed efficiently, maintaining high standards of care.
• Experience in adult care, with relevant Canadian certifications.
