Job Duties:

1. Monitor and organize inventory and place orders for merchandise as needed
2. Assign sales workers duties and shift schedules
3. Prepare and submit reports on sales volumes and staffing-related issues
4. Address customer complaints and resolve any related issues
5. Supervise sales staff in their daily tasks
6. Recruit and train new members of the sales team

Job Requirements:

1. Experience: 1-2 years of sales experience is required
2. Education: Completion of secondary school is required
