Position Summary:

Seeking a full-time Team Leader for our Southgate Boutique, responsible for brand ambassador duties, operational excellence, customer experience, and sales targets.

A day in the life:

• Debriefing team on objectives
• Analyzing KPIs and coaching
• Effective communication with team and management
• Creating positive brand experiences
• Balancing administrative and customer service tasks

Success factors:

• Passion for coffee and sustainability
• 2-3 years sales and team leadership in retail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory software
• Understanding and driving KPIs
• Effective time management and analytical skills
