Job summary
A senior living organization is seeking a Live-In Superintendent to manage administrative and maintenance tasks in Toronto. The role involves customer service, maintenance, and resident interaction. Candidates should possess handyman skills and experience in administration. The position includes a rent-free apartment and a compensation range of $25,000 - $40,000. This is an on-call position with flexible working hours.

Cogir Real Estate is seeking a Live-In Superintendent – Maintenance member to join our multi-residential building complex located at 4340 Bloor St W in Etobicoke. The position(s) will include the following:
- Live in position with a Rent-Free Apartment
- Compensation:$25,000 - $40,000
- On-the-job Training
- Cell phone and parking provided
- Administrative office duties;
- Show vacant apartments to prospective residents;
- Leasing experience;
- Ensure cleanliness of public areas & corridors;
- Prepare apartments for new residents;
- Completing Move In and Move Out Inspections;
- Facilitate work orders and perform minor maintenance;
- Other grounds maintenance;
- Addressing resident concerns effectively and promptly;
- Always maintaining positive safety and security;
- Respond appropriately and professionally to emergencies;
- Maintain fire safety and winter logs;
- Follow an "on call" schedule;
- Other duties as assigned by Manager
- Customer Service
- Experienced Individual in Administration
- Experienced Individual with Maintenance/Handyman Skills
- Computer Knowledge (Email, Word, Excel)
- Experience with Yardi and Property Vista an asset
- Oral communication
- Working with others
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (on-call)
- Evenings and weekends on-call as needed
