Reporting to the Maintenance & Operations Assistant Manager, the Maintenance Worker II performs a variety of semi‑skilled and unskilled tasks related to the upkeep of NSH properties (facilities & grounds) and related infrastructure, including operation, monitoring, maintenance, and service requirements of all grounds and facility related infrastructure and related equipment, assisting other maintenance and operations trades and other related duties as required.
The Maintenance Worker II assists with maintaining and following operational, equipment, tools, and safety codes, standards, and procedures. Duties may include corrective maintenance on fuses, belts, door hardware, ice machines, drains, vents, and preventative maintenance on BAS operation, fire equipment inspections and annual scheduling, unregistered boiler oil filters, HVAC filters, water softener systems, etc. Travel within the zone or other zones may be required.
$26.84 - $27.61 Hourly
