The role directs a diverse team responsible for daily operations, including building maintenance, space planning, security & access control, vendor relations, fleet management, and mailroom operations, while also managing budgeting and ensuring compliance with control standards. Collaborating closely with the Manager of Facilities Operations, this role is pivotal in maintaining operational excellence and aligning facility management practices with the organization’s strategic goals.
