This role involves facilitating the agile process, managing multiple concurrent projects, and ensuring collaboration within teams. Candidates should possess a relevant degree, agile certifications, and proven experience in leading agile teams within IT. The ideal applicant will have strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills, and must be able to work in Canada while obtaining necessary clearance.

The Scrum Master is responsible for ensuring our scale agile methodology is properly implemented and followed by the team. The Scrum Master acts as a coach, mentor, and servant leader, helping and guiding teams through the Scrum process and helping them achieve their work assignments and goals, while contributing to building a culture of collaboration.
The successful candidate must be able to work in Canada and obtain clearance under the Canadian Controlled Goods program (CGP)
