What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Serve as the primary technician for configuring the software suite to meet client requirements
• Participate in discovery sessions to define and understand technical requirements for implementation
• Configure the software suite using workflows and business rules to facilitate client business processes
• Act as a customer advocate, facilitating communication with internal departments and cross-functional team members
• Assist clients with end-to-end system testing, troubleshooting, and effective training on software usage

What is Required (Qualifications)

• BA/BSc, related College Technical diploma, or equivalent applicable industry experience
• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, network security, MsSQL and PostgreSQL databases, working with VMs, and VPN connectivity
• Proficient in English and French, with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated customer care and focus

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
• Knowledge of HTML, AJAX, XML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery
• Experience with Java/Tomcat implementation (Windows/Linux)
• Experience using Docker, Ansible, Jenkins, or similar technologies
• Background in the parking industry, enforcement, and/or government software implementations
