Your Town Quinte Foodmart is looking for a full-time Sales Supervisor to oversee daily operations and staff in the retail environment. Key responsibilities include customer service, handling payments, maintaining store standards, and supervising the retail and meat departments. This role requires 1-2 years of retail experience and a secondary school education.

· Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
· Supervise and coordinate daily activities of staff
· Assign sales staff to duties and assist in preparing work schedules.
· Ensure the visual standards and inventory of the store are maintained, including main store and meat department displays, and cleanliness.
· Support the meat department with meat handling, supervise the meat department, and order-requiring products.
Job requirements:
· Experience: 1~2 years of experience in retail sales clerk or cashier experience required
