Job Duties:
· Welcome clients and guide them to the appropriate contacts or service areas, providing general customer service
· Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
· Establish and maintain computerized information filing systems
· Develop and implement office procedures and routines
· Train newly hired administrative staff
· Regularly manage and respond to incoming mail and emails, coordinating the flow of information internally
· Answer and relay inquiries and messages received via phone calls and emails
· Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
· Manage client and business contact information
Job requirements:
· Experience: 1 – 2 years of related experience is required
· Education: Completion of secondary school is required
