Job Duties:

• Monitor kitchen and food service area.
• Keep the environment clean and sanitized.
• Train other kitchen helpers in preparation, cooking, and handling food items.
• Prepare complete meals and all our menu items.
• Plan new menu items, regulate the size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and purchase supplies.
• Keep inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
• Manage kitchen operations
