Key responsibilities include:

1. Greeting everyone entering the studio with enthusiasm and energy
2. Presenting the OTF concept to interested clients (intros)
3. Managing front desk tasks, including answering phones and engaging with members
4. Providing studio tours
5. Collaborating with trainers to guide new members through their first workout
6. Selling memberships to support studio growth
7. Following up with prospective clients
8. Addressing member concerns professionally and objectively to resolve issues
9. Participating in marketing and outreach events
10. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the studio
