As our new Sales Associate, your contributions as a member of our sales team are crucial to achieving our mission of excellence! You will work in a team-oriented atmosphere that values and rewards your expertise, dedication, and creativity!

Our Sales Associates are experts at:

1. Actively seeking out new sales opportunities within assigned areas
2. Establishing and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships through personalized in-person and phone interactions
3. Presenting our comprehensive range of products/services to potential clients and offering tailored solutions to meet their needs
4. Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations while explaining the value proposition of our products/services
5. Negotiating contracts and terms with clients to close deals and achieve sales goals
6. Collaborating with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to achieve overall sales objectives
7. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitors
8. Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities, leads, and customer interactions
9. Communicating customer feedback to the product development team to continuously improve our offerings

Requirements:

1. Experience in sales, customer service, and/or communications
2. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
3. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
4. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
5. Valid driver's license and personal vehicle
6. Strong motivation to enhance negotiation, communication, and sales skills
7. Willingness to travel to our Richmond office
8. Full-time availability
