Each brand operates with entrepreneurial autonomy while benefiting from shared expertise, leadership, and collaboration across our global portfolio. Aspire Software is launching a new AI‑driven B2B SaaS venture and is seeking an AI Lead to build and lead it from day one. We partner with vertical market software businesses to identify high‑impact opportunities where AI can unlock significant customer value. This new venture will focus on building a developer‑first, AI‑enabled SaaS platform, designed to integrate seamlessly into existing workflows and scale through strong product adoption. The market opportunity is proven, fragmented, and ready for transformation. As AI Lead, you will shape the product vision, drive go‑to‑market execution, build the founding team, and establish market leadership backed by Aspire and Valsoft’s capital, infrastructure, and global operating expertise.

What you’ll be doing
  • Lead a new B2B SaaS business built around AI and platform innovation in a vertical software market
  • Develop and execute a scalable go‑to‑market strategy: identify early adopters, iterate on positioning, and close first customers
  • Define product and market strategy, with a strong focus on developer experience, adoption, and scalability
  • Build a milestone‑based plan, allocate budget, and raise capital with our support
  • Assemble a high‑performing team to execute across product, tech, sales, and operations
  • Partner closely with technical leaders to ensure high‑quality APIs, SDKs, documentation, and integration workflows
  • Own and operate the business with full autonomy
What you bring
  • A founder mindset: you’re motivated by building from scratch and fully owning the journey
  • 3+ years of experience building or operating AI software, API or SDK based platforms with leadership experience (e.g. Product lead, Startup Founder, or Sales/Operations lead)
  • Demonstrated success in building early‑stage ventures or leading 0→1 product launches, with bachelor in relevant field
  • Strong understanding of developer‑first products, including documentation, onboarding, reliability, and versioning
  • Grit and resourcefulness with proven success of operating without a playbook
  • Commercial mindset with exposure to pricing, packaging, GTM execution, and customer adoption
  • Excellent communication skills across technical and business domains
  • Ability to drive the overall company vision, culture, and performance

Vos missions :
  • Piloter une nouvelle activité SaaS B2B axée sur l’IA et l’innovation de plateforme au sein d’un marché vertical du logiciel.
  • Développer et mettre en œuvre une stratégie de commercialisation évolutive : identifier les premiers utilisateurs, optimiser le positionnement et conclure les premiers contrats.
  • Définir la stratégie produit et marché, en mettant l’accent sur l’expérience développeur, l’adoption et l’évolutivité.
  • Élaborer un plan par étapes, allouer le budget et lever des fonds avec notre soutien.
  • Constituer une équipe performante pour assurer la mise en œuvre des projets produit, technique, commercial et opérationnel.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les responsables techniques pour garantir la qualité des API, des SDK, de la documentation et des flux d’intégration.
  • Gérer l’activité en toute autonomie.
Votre profil :
  • Plus de 3 ans d’expérience dans la conception ou l’exploitation de logiciels d’IA, de plateformes API ou SDK, avec une expérience en management (par exemple : chef de produit, fondateur de startup ou responsable commercial/opérations).
  • Expérience réussie dans la création d’entreprises en phase de démarrage ou le lancement de produits (de 0 à 1), avec un diplôme de niveau bac+3/4. Expérience pertinente.
  • Solide compréhension des produits destinés aux développeurs, notamment en matière de documentation, d’intégration, de fiabilité et de gestion des versions.
  • Esprit entrepreneurial : vous êtes motivé(e) par la création d’un produit à partir de zéro et souhaitez en assumer pleinement la responsabilité.
  • Persévérance et ingéniosité, avec une expérience réussie de la gestion de projets sans plan préétabli.
  • Sense commercial et expérience en matière de tarification, de packaging, de stratégie de mise sur le marché et d’adoption par les clients.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication, tant sur le plan technique que commercial.
  • Capacité à piloter la vision, la culture et la performance globales de l’entreprise.
