The ideal candidate will have experience selling complex solutions (such as power systems, HVAC, or energy storage), excellent communication skills, and a strong track record of exceeding sales targets. Frequent field travel and CRM proficiency are required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for new and existing accounts.
  • Deliver tailored proposals and product demonstrations to meet client needs.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets ($3–4M annual goal).
  • Use CRM systems to manage sales pipeline and track activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge in areas such as generators, HVAC systems, and energy storage.
  • Travel up to 40% within the assigned territory to conduct client visits and site assessments.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • 4–10 years of B2B field sales experience in energy, construction, or industrial sectors.
  • Proven track record in high-value, solution-based selling (not transactional).
  • Experience with general contractors or data center projects is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
