• Act as a subject matter expert for NSC11B and SSC standards in vehicle inspections.
• Conduct and document audits of Safety and Emissions Inspection data.
• Support Vehicle Inspection Centres and Technicians across Ontario.
• Analyze documentation and reports.
• Manage performance indicators and achieve response time targets.
