Job Description

Standard Fencing Company is a leading provider of residential wood privacy and chainlink fences in the Toronto and surrounding areas. We are seeking a hard-working and reliable General Laborer to join our team. The General Laborer will assist our Fencing team in the installation of fences and perform various other manual labor tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation of wood privacy and chain link fences
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures on the job site
• Transport materials and equipment to and from job sites
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow instructions from the Site Foreman and senior team members
• Contribute to a positive and professional work environment

Requirements

• Ability to lift heavy materials and equipment
• Physical fitness to perform manual labor
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Ability to take direction and follow instructions

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in construction or manual labor is an asset, but not required
• Willingness to learn and be trained on the job
