What you will be doing :
- Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service.
- Perform massages while maintaining client comfort at all times.
- Perform 120-minute massages as required.
- Ensure individualized guest service by acknowledging and responding to their needs and expectations.
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and neat work environment, ensuring all equipment is in safe working order.
- Actively participate in other areas of the Spa operation, such as body treatments, product knowledge, and retail sales.
- Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful manner.
- Follow departmental policies and procedures.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
- RMT Certification from an accredited school of Massage required.
- All professional licenses must be current.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Additional Information :
- Constant standing and walking.
- Frequent bending and kneeling.
- Occasional carrying and lifting up to 20 lbs.
- Occasional pushing and pulling.
- Occasional ascending and descending ladders, stairs, and ramps.
Visa Requirements : Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. The hotel cannot assist with obtaining Canadian work authorization.
