Job summary

A fashion retail company is seeking a Keyholder in Vancouver. Responsibilities include driving sales, managing customer relationships, and ensuring store standards. Responsibilities
  • Promote the brand and drive sales by identifying and meeting customers' motivations
  • Flexible to opening and closing hours
  • Meet and exceed sales goals
  • Provide product and brand knowledge to customers
  • Manage customer needs and exceed expectations in alignment with the company standards
  • Maintain and build long term clients relationship
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure issues are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer
  • Maintain brand and operational standards (fitting room, visual display, cleanliness, etc.)
  • Ensure all merchandise and size runs are represented on the floor following company's guidelines
  • Assist in back of house duties and participate in stock management (process new shipment and stock replenishment, etc.)
  • Assist and oversee in store opening, operations and closing procedures and act as cashier when required
  • Follow all company policy and procedures and notify management of any infractions
  • Other ad hoc duties and projects as assigned
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year relevant experience in fashion retail / sales but also open to candidates from other service industries
  • Minimum 1 year Keyholder experience in fashion / commission
  • Service oriented and always put customers as top priority
  • Positive and passionate with a strong strive to achieve sales targets
  • Dynamic team player with willing to learn attitude
  • Possess excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skill
