Job description

As a Swatch Sales Lead, you will report to the Store Manager and will assist in all day-to-day operations. Although your focus will be on sales initiatives, you also will coach sales associates to achieve their performance goals while embodying Swatch Core Competencies: Customer Focus, Drive for Results, Creativity, Problem-Solving, Humility, Integrity, Building Effective Teams and Relationships.

Starting base pay of $19.45 per hour plus monthly performance bonus.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Service & Sales Generation: Lead by example to deliver outstanding customer service, coaching the team to meet and exceed sales targets. Ensure comprehensive product knowledge across the team to enhance customer experience and decision‑making.
  • Operations: Support store management in daily operational tasks with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in all transactions. Maintain adherence to inventory control processes, minimizing loss and ensuring accuracy in stock handling and reporting.
  • Visual Merchandising: Execute and maintain visual merchandising standards in alignment with company directives. Ensure the store presentation is consistently maintained to a high standard, reflecting the brand’s image.
  • Compliance: Uphold workplace safety standards and act as a model for company policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with all operational guidelines and safety regulations.
Working Conditions

Work is performed with moderate physical effort required and significant walking and standing is required for the majority of each shift. While this position has a low risk of injury, the position requires lifting, pushing, pulling and holding (up to 35 lbs and above with appropriate support) of boxes and store fixtures, as well as significant focus when completing paperwork, cash management or using the POS.

Employment Status

Full-Time: 35 hours per week on average. Must maintain open availability to meet the needs of the business and may be required to work more than 35 hours per week, including certain holidays and blackout dates.
