A technology solutions provider in Toronto is seeking a Network Administrator to ensure the stable operation of the company's network and provide end user support. The ideal candidate will manage network hardware, administer servers, and troubleshoot issues efficiently. Strong communication skills and a post high school qualification are required for this role, which emphasizes customer service and teamwork.
Reporting to the IT Director, the Network Administrator would be responsible for providing wide ranging, day-to-day network and end user support. In addition, the Network Administrator would work closely with the IT Director to provide essential back up support and would be involved in any projects as required.
The Network Administrator’s role is to ensure the stable operation of the network. This includes planning, developing, installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all network hardware, software, and communication links. This person will also analyze and resolve end user hardware and software computer problems in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide end user training where required.
