North One is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our high-performing team . As our Senior Product Manager , you'll work directly with our leadership team. You’ll join a team of high-caliber professionals from Chime, Twitter, Instacart, E-Trade, McKinsey, Notion, Etsy, and eBay. If you're ready to make a significant impact, this role is for you.

• Drive wallet share : Design and ship features that deepen NorthOne’s role in our customers’ financial lives—getting them to move more money, rely on us more often, and stick around longer.
• Own the roadmap : Build and deliver a focused roadmap of platform improvements tied to engagement and retention. Prioritize outcomes over outputs.
• Work fast, learn faster : Run experiments across app, SMS, email, and push. You know a feature shipped isn’t the goal—impact is.
• Use data to steer : Define metrics, set up tracking, and run A/B tests. Surface insights that drive product decisions.
• Know the customer : Partner with CX, and data teams to identify pain points, habits, and jobs-to-be-done. Use those insights to simplify the experience and remove friction.
• Collaborate tightly : Partner with engineering, marketing, and operations to align roadmaps and ship at speed.
  
  

• 5+ years in product : You’ve built and scaled products in SaaS or fintech, ideally in product-led growth or subscription-based models.
• Fluent in data : You’re confident with SQL, testing frameworks, and performance metrics—and you can interpret what matters.
• Customer-obsessed : You deeply understand user psychology and behavior. You’ve built habits, not just features.
• Comfort in ambiguity : You bring structure to open-ended problems, then execute with urgency.
• Cross-functional operator : You know how to rally teams and get things done without drama.
  
  

• Experience working with small business clients
• Experience in B2SMB business models
• Familiarity with growth tactics in subscription-based products and experience with marketing analytics and business intelligence tools
