Job Overview :

We are looking for a skilled and analytical E-Trading Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with the trading and risk teams to develop and optimize E-Trading tools and systematic market-making strategies. You will play a critical part in building, fine-tuning, and maintaining high-performance trading algorithms and analytical tools.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with trading and risk teams to drive E-Trading initiatives and systematic market-making projects.
• Develop E-Trading analysis tools and algorithms using Python, Java, MQL, or similar languages.
• Write and execute unit tests, debug and troubleshoot code, and resolve performance issues.
• Continuously optimize algorithm parameters to enhance performance and accuracy.
• Build scalable reports and dashboards using data visualization tools to support data-driven decision-making.
• Analyze customer e-trading behavior and reverse-engineer the trading logic of various market algorithms.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, MQL, SQL, or similar languages with a proven record of delivering robust solutions.
• Experience in statistical analysis and modeling is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into concise insights for senior stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
