Opportunities Available
  • Administrative Support: Play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly by managing records, correspondence, reception, data entry, and mail distribution while maintaining accuracy and adhering to corporate standards. Be the go‑to person for front‑line customer service, document management, and office coordination to enhance departmental efficiency and communication.
  • Claims: Provide critical assistance in the claims process by gathering and verifying basic information, managing data entry, and addressing inquiries in SGI’s claims systems. You’ll also process payments, maintain records, and offer front‑line reception and phone support to ensure a seamless claims experience.
  • Data Analytics: Drive excellence through insightful analysis, leveraging data to uncover trends, refine processes, and implement industry best practices. Monitor performance, ensure compliance, and collaborate with other teams to align standards while enhancing reporting tools for actionable insights. You’ll stay ahead of industry shifts by analyzing competitor activity and regulatory changes, ensuring a cutting‑edge approach to claims excellence.
  • Finance & Accounting: Support essential financial operations by reconciling payments and daily entries, preparing journal entries, processing payments, and maintaining customer billing systems. In this role, you’ll deliver exceptional service by resolving payment issues and protecting sensitive data, while ensuring compliance and accuracy across financial processes.
  • IT Technical Support: Ensure smooth operation of computer hardware and printing equipment, managing scheduled print jobs with precision. Troubleshoot technical issues, inspect output quality, and collaborate with staff to enhance processes and meet business deadlines.
  • Legal: Provide vital litigation support by preparing legal documents, managing schedules, coordinating filings, and communicating with stakeholders about the status of legal actions. Additionally, you’ll handle administrative tasks, such as managing legal files, maintaining subscriptions, and processing payments to keep the department running smoothly.
  • Traffic Safety: Coordinate and administer critical programs and grants, including car seat safety checks, ensuring accuracy in records, payments, and reports. Provide exceptional administrative support through document verification, correspondence preparation, file management, and receptionist duties to maintain seamless departmental operations. You’ll conduct traffic safety presentations and provide traffic safety education, virtually and in‑person, throughout SK, including New Canadians and Indigenous communities.
  • Trades & Auto: Inspect and process salvaged vehicles and parts, ensuring quality control and accurate documentation for inventory, sale, or shipment. Operate equipment like forklifts maintaining precise inventory records while resolving discrepancies in claims or vehicle information.
  • Underwriting: Evaluate insurance applications, renewals, and revisions to assess risk and determine premiums, ensuring optimal decision making. Build strong relationships with brokers and collaborate across departments to provide consistent guidance and support on underwriting criteria and technology.

  • Current full‑time post‑secondary students returning to studies in the fall of 2026.
