- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, advanced Excel, and familiarity with project management platforms
- Experience with HVAC, lighting, building automation, EV infrastructure, or agricultural energy systems
- Industry certifications such as PMP, CEM, BPI, LEED‑AP, or Six Sigma
- Strong client‑facing, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Familiarity with residential and commercial construction practices and energy codes
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
