Browns Socialhouse Stonebridge is seeking a Kitchen Manager interested in working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth and expansion. The ideal candidate is a strong line cook and leads by example, valuing strong relationships with the Owner/Operator.
- Learn, observe, and maintain Browns Socialhouse systems and operations.
- Consistently execute food to specifications and within time standards.
- Manage food, kitchen labor, and other kitchen-related costs.
- Oversee inventory and ordering, meet budget targets, and perform food cost analysis.
- Manage prep inventory.
- Supervise menu rollouts and product updates, including training and quality control.
- Ensure timely food delivery to guests.
- Train, develop, and motivate employees.
- Maintain kitchen labor and food costs.
- Ensure high-quality food production and presentation.
- Follow proper food safety practices.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Professional attitude and collaborative approach.
- Ability to train, develop, and motivate staff.
- Experience with kitchen systems in a corporate environment.
- Flexible work hours.
- Passion for food quality and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other computer programs.
- Minimum 2 years management experience in a high-volume kitchen.
- Red Seal certification is a plus.
