• Demonstrated strong leadership ability, including inspiring others, guiding change, promoting accountability, and a commitment to patient‑ and family‑centered care.

• Comprehensive knowledge of current nursing practice, public health programs, health economics, applicable legislation, and quality assurance processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with others.
