We are seeking a skilled and detail‑oriented Cable & Harness Inspector to support our team in Halifax, Nova Scotia. This is a full‑time, first‑shift position. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cable and harness inspection, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering high‑quality work. • Perform first‑article, in‑process, and final inspections at one or more client suppliers in Nova Scotia, Canada
• Ensure products meet quality and specification standards
• Verify safety wire orientation, correct turns, and pigtails as per specifications
• Confirm shipping documentation is legible and accurate (part number, serial number, etc.)
• Check documentation packages to industry standards and classify defects
• Interpret manufacturing drawings and identify non‑conformances
• Maintain equipment and keep the work area organized

• Knowledge of cable and harness assembly methods
• Certified or previously certified in IPC‑A‑620 & J‑STD W/Space Addendum
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Cable and Harness Inspector/Assembler in electronic manufacturing or related fields
• Ability to read schematics, assembly drawings, and identify wiring components
• Proficient in documenting Certificates of Conformance (COC)
• Strong organizational, communication, and software adaptation skills
• Must be a Canadian citizen. With a valid passport as you would need to travel to California.

• Diploma or GED from an accredited high school or technical school; college degree in engineering
• 5 years of experience, with 2 years as a Cable and Harness Inspector

$32 - $34 an hour

Mileage reimbursement at the US government rate $.70. Untaxed.
