Job Title: IT - Program Manager - Senior
Line of Business: Capital Markets & Risk Management Technology - Responsible for delivering regulatory and compliance technology solutions.

Hybrid work - in-office every Thursday plus every 4th Friday, subject to increase

Schedule Hours: 40 hrs a week -Mon to Fri 8am-5pm

Project: CW will be working on the Trade Surveillance Reconciliation project where they will perform reconciliation solutions across various systems.
Team details: 15 - mix of FTE and contract
Who will the candidate be working with on a Daily basis: Will be working with the team directly within the portfolio and stakeholders.
Job Description:
• Project Leadership: Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of multiple, concurrent IT projects.
• Stakeholder Management: Engage with business leaders, technical teams, and external vendors to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.
• Scope & Change Management: Define project scope, manage changes, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Resource Management: Allocate and manage project resources, including team members, budgets, and timelines.
• Risk & Issue Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
• Communication: Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
• Process Improvement: Promote and implement best practices in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Mentorship: Mentor junior project managers and contribute to the development of project management capabilities within the organization.
Must haves:
1. 7+ years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
2. Experience with Agile, Scrum, and/or other project management methodologies.
3. Experience managing budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams.
4. Experience with Azure DevOps
Education and Certifications: Bachelors degree
Nice to have:
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
• Previous banking experience within Capital Markets
• Previous experience leading data related projects
• Jira
