This position has the potential to work rotating shifts - must be open to working any shift

1. Calibrate and set tooling on the machine before production begins.
2. Ensure the machines are regularly checked and cleaned.
3. Monitor and control the machine performance and settings.
4. Inspect machinery with appropriate tools.
5. Notify supervisor of any issues or malfunctions that may occur.
6. Check the output of the machines and identify any issues.
7. Maintain a log of the activity.
8. Strive for efficiency gains where possible.
9. Other tasks as assigned.

1. High School Graduate.
2. Prior experience as a machine operator preferably countersink experience.
3. Strong knowledge of heavy-duty machinery.
4. Ability to use measurement tools.
5. Good understanding of production procedures and best practices.
6. Excellent knowledge of safety methods and hazard regulations.
7. Ability to read manuals, blueprints, and handbooks.
8. Good physical stamina and keen attention to detail.
9. Must be able to multi-task and place priorities in an orderly manner.
10. Must have good judgement and decision-making abilities.
11. Must possess time management skills.
