About the Role
The Vice President of Sales will lead and scale Zaddons' sales operations, executing on the sales strategy, driving revenue growth, and managing the Sales team, including Account Executives, Growth Managers, Growth Associates, and Field Alliance Managers. This strategic leader will play a vital role in shaping and executing Zaddons’ go-to-market initiatives, leveraging the company’s positioning within the HRIS ecosystem and supporting rapid customer acquisition. This role requires a focus on optimizing operations, increasing revenue, and aligning with Zaddons’ objectives for direct and partner-generated sales.
