As an Implementation Specialist at Botpress, you'll be a key member of our Delivery team, serving as the primary point of contact for clients throughout their implementation journey. You'll join early discovery calls to understand client needs, scope solutions with confidence, and coordinate with Solutions Architects who handle the builds. You'll develop deep enough platform expertise to run demos, create proof of concepts, and speak credibly about what’s possible. Once live, you'll maintain relationships through regular strategy calls, ensuring customers continue getting value from the platform.
You'll also support broader Delivery team initiatives, including lending a hand on enterprise engagements when needed.
You'll be the connective tissue between what customers need and what the platform can deliver. Your job is to make clients feel supported, keep implementations moving, and ensure a smooth transition from project delivery into long-term success. It's a hands‑on, client‑facing role where you'll often be the difference between a good experience and a great one.
