We\'re seeking an Operations Supervisor to join our client\'s logistics and distribution team in Winnipeg.

• Oversee daily warehouse and distribution operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Manage and support a team of warehouse staff and operators.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely deliveries.
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with health and safety standards.
• Develop and implement operational processes and improvements.
• Track KPIs and generate reports for senior management.
• Handle scheduling, performance evaluations, and team development.

• Previous experience in an operations or warehouse supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse management systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible to work various shifts, including weekends if required.
