In accordance with the established mission, vision, values, and strategic priorities of Northern Health, the Coordinator is responsible for coordinating specialized mental health and substance use services, as well as managing requests for consultation. The role involves prioritizing consultations based on urgency and patient assessment, maintaining consistent liaison with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals. The Coordinator will also support care planning, provide education to healthcare staff, network with community programs, and facilitate smooth transitions to community services. Collaboration with community and emergency services is also essential.

Shift Rotation/Hours of work: Days, Evenings, 10:00 to 18:00, 16:00 to 00:00 (rotating)
