• Registered Nurse with a current, unrestricted license in Ontario.
• Five or more years of direct clinical experience.
• Proficient in reimbursement landscape and completion of Special Authorization.

Responsibilities

• Assist the health care practitioner in completing Program enrolment forms.
• Provide reimbursement assistance to patients and physicians.
• Manage patient files in the program database.
