Job summary
Northwest Employment Works is seeking a Registered Nurse to coordinate and provide care to patients in Sioux Lookout. The role involves assessment, planning, and interventions in line with hospital objectives, alongside collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Candidates must hold current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario and have strong communication and assessment skills, with at least one year of experience preferred. The position requires flexibility in working hours and the ability to thrive in high-pressure environments.
Qualifications
- Minimum one-year experience preferred.
- Must be willing to work the present 12-hour shift rotation.
- Ability to function in a demanding and stressful environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate, assess, plan, provide interventions and evaluate care for assigned patients.
- Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams.
- Provide culturally competent and respectful care in accordance with hospital policy.
