Lake Shore Gold, a subsidiary of Pan American Silver located in Timmins, Ontario, is seeking Underground Haulage Operators to join our team at the Bell Creek Mine in Porcupine, ON. This is a full-time position with a rotating schedule of 10 or 11-hour shifts, on a 5-5-4 cycle, alternating days and nights.

Located approximately 20 kilometers northeast of Timmins, the Bell Creek Complex includes an underground mine and processing facility. The operation utilizes narrow vein longhole stoping methods, with ore transported via a modern shaft capable of 4,800 tonnes per day. For more information, please visit our website.

Timmins is a vibrant community of 45,000 residents, offering recreational activities such as fishing, camping, snowmobiling, and more. The city has direct flights to Toronto and numerous community support networks, including hospitals, sports leagues, golf courses, ski resorts, and cultural events.

As an Underground Haulage Operator, your primary responsibility will be transporting underground ore and waste material from various levels to designated laydown areas. Please note this role requires relocation to Timmins and is not camp-based.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Specialty modules U0068, Haulage Trackless, and U0091 Operate Haul Truck
• Experience operating 42-ton and 50-ton Atlas Copco trucks and Cat AD45 Haul Trucks (asset)
• Underground mining experience
• Commitment to safety and good housekeeping
• Eligibility to work in Canada
