Job description

Fortescue’s Eliwana mine is located on the traditional lands of the Puutu Kunti Kurrama people.

Roster: 2/1 or 2/2 FIFO ex Perth or Busselton

We are currently seeking experienced Drillers to join our teams on 2/1 roster or 2/2 rosters. The ideal candidates will possess exceptional operating skills with the listed drills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all safe work practices are adhered to
  • Meet daily operational targets
  • Maintain assets to operational capacity
  • Constantly strive to increase process efficiency
  • Demonstrate behaviour that aligns with FMG values
  • Comply with Zero Harm principles daily
Qualifications and Experience
  • Ability to skilfully operate a variety of Drill Rigs including Epiroc D65, Cat MD6310
  • Experience in Flanders or similar Autonomous Drill operation
  • Mobile equipment operation in the mining industry is essential
  • Ability to read Drill mine plans
  • WA Class HR Driver's Licence
  • Communication and interpersonal skills – two‑way operation
  • Basic computer skills
