A large retail co-operative in Calgary is looking for a Meat Cutter to ensure exemplary customer service while maintaining operational standards in the meat department. The role involves customer relations, meat preparation, quality assurance, and adherence to health regulations. Suitable candidates will have a Grade 12 education with meat cutting certification or equivalent experience. The Meat Cutter is responsible to ensure customer service is provided through maintaining a safe and efficient operation while adhering to Company policies, procedures and standards. The Meat Cutter position reports directly to the Meat Supervisor/Meat Manager, and the main responsibilities include:
