A local co-operative in High River is seeking a Bakery Decorator to ensure exceptional customer service and maintain bakery operations. Responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining product quality, and adhering to health and safety regulations. Candidates should have Grade 12 or equivalent education, bakery training, and a team-oriented attitude. The Bakery Decorator is responsible to ensure customer service is provided through maintaining a safe and efficient operation while adhering to all Company policies, procedures and standards. Provide direction and supervision to Bakery Utility Clerks in the absence of the Bakery Supervisor. The Bakery Decorator position reports directly to the Bakery Supervisor/Bakery Manager, and the main responsibilities include:
