The Role

We’re seeking an experienced Commercial Insurance Broker to join a growing team of trusted advisors. You’ll be responsible for managing a diverse book of business, providing expert client service and collaborating with producers to strengthen and expand relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead proactive renewal and account planning in partnership with Producers (100 days in advance of renewal).
  • Deliver a best-in-class client experience through timely, accurate servicing, billing and coverage management.
  • Collaborate with Producers on marketing, placement and renewal strategies in alignment with brokerage standards and best practices.
  • Identify opportunities to grow and cross-sell within existing accounts, contributing to team production goals.
  • Maintain accurate and current documentation within EPIC.
  • Participate in client meetings and support new business presentations where needed.
  • Stay current on product knowledge, market trends and evolving client needs.
  • Foster positive, solution-driven relationships with clients, carriers and internal teams.
What You Bring
  • 7+ years of Commercial Insurance experience with strong technical knowledge across multiple lines
  • RIBO license required; CIP and/or CAIB designation (or in progress) preferred
  • Solid understanding of policy wordings, coverages and market nuances
  • Client relationship skills - professional, approachable and proactive
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities with strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in EPIC, MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; natural collaborator and self-starter
